Toys R Us is great, but sometimes you want to give your child toys full of whimsy and magic. An awesome place to go is ROMP, an exclusively online store started by mom and designer Jenn Labelle. Not only do her products make great gifts, but they’re also awesome accessories to have on a baby or children’s photography shoot. Below are some of the cutest toys I’ve seen in a while (take note of the wooden camera – my favorite!):

I had the privilige of working with an incredibly sweet, cooperative child who is not even two. His mom has great, positive energy and was a huge asset on set.
We set the shoot up with the end goal of creating a comp card. We plan to use one big image on the front and four smaller images on the back. I’ll post the final once we pick and style the photos. We’re going to use an 8.5×5.5 postcard.
